I Have a NoteBook with NVIDIA Optimus.
I have a problem.
whether there was an application for Optimus SMAA Injector such as a Injector version for ENB?
Optimus is very troublesome, for jamming hard to mod graphics for games.

Does there exist a mod for EFLC so that EVERY driver drives agressively?

I remember a cheat in older games that had the same effect. but in the old games you couldn't kill them as easily as in iv!

I'd love to be able to drive into EVERYONE without having guilt I don't like killing innocent normal IV civilians but if there was a mod to make everyone criminals (speeding) I'd crash into each car i'd see

or can someone make a mod like that?

"You could try Ambient Wars". It is a chaos/riot mod as well, although highly customizable. It may have the options you like.

Hmm...I'm not sure, but it seems to have problems with Patch 4. Patch 6 working normally (As said on the topic).

Do anyone know where to find more of them? And as a extra question, have any modder in here thought about making a fighting mod, which has Sam Fishers fighting skills from Splinter Cell Conviction?

That mod was a great idea, and it was developed, but for an early version of the game. Someone should really attempt to make it work for the newest script hook, maybe fix some bugs, etc. etc. What are you guys's opinions on it?

I know there are some cars which i installed, the Thommy gun, but I did not find much more..

for example, is it possible to make the default streets all like cobble stone streets?

or to make buildings "retro"?

Or a new look for the peds?

Open the file "GTAIV/common/data/peds.ide" and locate the following:
