You're missing two Mission Specific cars:
Willard - For some reason, this car doesn't have a handling line that makes it spawn normally in traffic. It will only show up during the missions Bleed Out, The Snow Storm (if you're lucky), and Peggorino's Pride. For Peggorino's Pride, I would guess that it would be Unobtainable; two swerve down the street trying to block you while you chase the Ancelotties who stole Peggorino's peace offering. For The Snow Storm, it only shows up if you're INCREDIBLY lucky. I saw it once while driving through Algonquin to get to the hospital, that was it. For Bleed Out, as most everyone already knows, one is driven by Dardan. This is probably the easiest to obtain, although the process is very annoying. If you just take it and drive it to your safehouse, you'll fail the mission and will see a cutscene. You have to drive down the street just enough so that you can run back to Roman's car, drive Roman's Car up to the Willard and past it (keep the same amount of distance), and repeat until you get to the first safehouse. I'm not sure what happens if you park the Willard at the cab depo and then finish the mission, but based on how repetitive the process is to get it, I wouldn't try my luck if I were you.
(it does, however, spawn frequently in normal traffic in The Lost and Damned)
Rancher w/ Multiple Attachments - If you notice, at the end of Babysitting, a few of Kim's workers are loading crates into a Rancher which has both a grill-guard and an extra set of lights in the bed of the truck. Other than this Rancher, they will all either have one attachment or the other; never both. It's easy to obtain, as well; go back down the stairs after completing the mission and get into the Rancher. It won't be locked, and it's fairly easy to drive back up the stairs.
(I have been told, however, that it dissapears after the mission ends on the PlayStation 3 version, making it completely impossible to obtain if you own a PlayStation 3)

i dont know if this will work on Xbox since i have PS3 but i can usually find the willard near or around the pool hall/carwash in broker...jacob always calls it the homebrew cafe when he wants you to take him there...just be driving either one of the junker/rusty cars or something of similar quality to the willard and it usually spawns on the streets. its not a very good car but i have had this work multiple times w/o actually wanting that car for anything. hope it helps. -XS

Hey, for those paying attention to the Willard, a question for my guide.
Pat reports it won't appear in traffic in GTA4, yet I found one in traffic. By failing Babysitting, you get Derrick's Willard, which then caused more to spawn (keeping in mind this is AFTER the mission is over).
Since it spawns normally in TLAD, my only guesses are either it DOES spawn normally but rarely in GTA4, or the Willard's "fix" is carried over from TLAD, like how the radio does too.
If anyone can weigh in on this issue, it'd be helpful, because depending on the answer, the Willard may require inclusion in my guide.
