Information:
This mod will bring back scrapped/removed stuff from the XBOX 360/PS3 Beta to the PC Version of GTA IV.

The v3 will contain a lot more new features and an installer for all versions of GTA IV.

I was hoping someone would pick up and do this mod; good luck to everyone who are going to help. I would, but I've only just started modeling and texturing in SA; and I've yet to get IV. But maybe somewhere down the line I could lend my services. Shame we can't modify IMGs yet .

Where did you take out the fact that there were black taxis? The NY cabs are all yellow and GTAIV's LC was developed as recreation of NY since the first trailer.

Well, must have been a bug in that video, because the Taxis were already yellow in the first trailer.

Or maybe Rockstar had screwed up some car colours or something when making that trailer.

but as simkas said the taxis were mainly yellow from beginning and the fact its black in that video is strange...why do you think it was black?

surely taxis would always have been intended to be yellow in New York settings!!

I have no clue why the Taxis were black in this video.
I only played with the colors in the carcols.dat and changed the yellow too black.

@arthurc: In the early screenshots the cars don't have an writing on it.
The Hove Beach sign was red, i need to know the file name.
And there were two shops which Rockstar left out in the final game.
