I personally dont download exe's cause it could have a virus + this trainer looks dodgy i wouldnt recommend this.... ALSO secondly why would you need a trainer when theres one available already on this site.

There's a perfectly good and fully functional Trainer for GTA IV over at GTA Garage.

This download in this topic might be legit, but I'm using the Trainer in the Garage, and it works really well. More options too

Invincibility, unlimited ammo, no car damage, change time and weather, unlimited sprint - and many more.

this trainer on gtagarage is simple native trainer, which obviously doesn't work with patch 1.0.0.4 (A.K.A. patch 5)
