I heard this somewhere and hoping it's not true because I play on medium.

Also, I'm having trouble finding specific textures, like Niko's clothes, cars, and billboards. Does anybody know how to find these specific ones?

You gotta use the "change levels" and type in 1 in that box. That will make the game use the full size texture no matter what settings you're running on.
Or just use SparkIV, it generates the lower resolution textures automaticly.

Not exactly. The only textures that you'll be running on high are the textures you replace with your own. The rest of the game's textures will be on the same level that's set in the settings.

That's a little weird. I just got SparkIV, and it works great, think I'll just use that one. Thanks for your help, though.
