First, sorry about possible mistakes on my English and in my text, I'm a Brazilian Guy and, obviously, I don't talk English Native...
Ok, let's Go...
ATTENTION, THIS METODE CAN F*** YOUR GAME, CAUTION! AND, THIS METODE WILL DISABLE YOUR MICROSOFT LIVE, SO, CAUTION AGAIN!
1º -> Make sure your game is updated with de last patch ( http://files.rockstarwatch.net/patches/GTA...ch_1.0.1.0.exe)
2º -> Download this dll: http://blog.gib.me/wp-content/uploads/2008...apper_1207.zip)
3º -> Extract, and put in the default folder of the game (c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA IV)
4º -> Download a 100% Saved Game, like that: http://www.gta-modding.it/area/index.php?act=view&id=295
5º -> Extract the file in that folder:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER\Local Settings\Application Data\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames
Vista: C:\users\YOUR USER\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames
6º -> Start the game, maybe a message will appear, click in "Yes".
7º -> Wait the Game Load. When done, click "ESQ", go to the "Game", and click in "Load Game", and select the downloaded saved game.
8º -> Have Fun!

A good little tip: When using xliveless to do this, i did the following to keep using the save game AND to have access to online multiplayer.

Do all those steps from the OP, then after loading the game, save it again in a different slot. Then quit GTA IV, delete the app that disabled Windows Live. Then restart GTA, and load from the slot you just saved to. This way you still have LIVE, but also can use the 100% save.

The one in the sticky FAQ worked for me. I recently switch my HDD around and the saves worked perfectly. Now I have 90Gb left rather than 5Gb.

Im doing it because i re-installed my game... and had to start from the beginning.. Kinda boring when u done it once. ;D

so some dumbass reinstalled and want a 100% gamesave at the cost of any multiplayer? thats just dumb, get a trainer and get 100% completion in 2 hours and still have multiplayer....yaaaaay!

I tried this, It didn't work. I'm on the latest version of GTA IV, can anyone help me?
