Hello World, I created this program to speed up the process of editing the handling.dat. It is tested and developed under windows Vista, and has not been tested on other systems yet. This is the first test release. This program also includes a "bypass\backup" tool to allow the modifications of your handling.dat file to work in game. It basically edits your files.txt, and filelist.pak with a few easy clicks, so that you can bypass the security checks. The backup functions insure you always can return back to normal. It also verifies if your files are original or modified. If you don't wish to use the "bypass" tool, you can still use the editor along side the "GTA Magic Mod", or any other mod that allows mods. I will use this thread for any support issues you may have, and will release updates of this program with fixes, and more tools, in the future. Here is the download link: GTA IV HANDLING EDITOR V1.0 Download HereScreen shot: Enjoy Let me know if you have problems.

Yeah, I was going to add pop-ups or tool-tips for each value explaining the purpose, but I didn't want to be wrong right now. Once I re-figure out what everything does I will add it to the program in the next release. I also will do a flag handler in the updated version.
I myself just needed a quick tool to edit the data and learn it, I guess I can make it more user friendly for the rest. Check back on this thread, I will update it when I finish.
Thanks for the requests, I am open to discussion for improvements.
-quick note-
A lot of the values on GTA IV are the same as GTA SA, you can find many lists about that. But, I am certain there are a few changes, so I just wanted to make sure I was correct before releasing the information.

I guess the long way will be an "Uber"-Tool which lets me load a *.dat or ide or whatever file where settings are saved... But that would only make sense when the stuff is clear understandable - and only if the tool gives a decent managemant to that vast amount. For the time being this here is really great!
