Hi there!

I have this same problem too. GTA4 starts lagging about after two minutes or something. I have installed the new patch and latest ATI drivers.

My system is this:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual 5000+
Radeon HD3650 512Mb DDR3
4GB DDR2
Windows XP Pro + SP3

What's wrong?

When your game starts lagging after a few minutes, go to windows task manager (without quitting the game i.e. press ctrl-alt-del) and click the Processes tab, then find GTAIV.exe on the list, right click it and set priority to realtime. Should solve it smile.gif
