Hi i'd like to know how i can get gta iv to launch through LaunchGTAIV.exe while not logged into rockstar social club.Each time i try to run it that way, it does absolutely nothing.The only time i can get launchgtaiv.exe to run is if i'm logged into rockstar social club, and i cant have it that way.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

disconnect the internet and double click on the cracked "LaunchGTAIV.exe"

If that dosent work, right click the launche and click "run as administrator"
