Again back to the "triggers are only working digital" issue ... I use the xbox controller emulator (for all of you using the old version: this one has an easy to config gui now) with an old xbox gamepad with the newest version of GTA IV on Windows 7 x64. I virtually tried anything to get the triggers working analog, but they keep acting like digital buttons. In the test program they are working analog (0 ... 255 on each side). As for the "XNA Gamepad" registry hack: x360ce in compatibility mode should display that name to GTA IV, so that doesn't seem to be the problem either (in the registry there is actually no entry, because x360ce does that on the fly i guess). Right in this thread some people posted that they could get it working, somehow magically (at least they did not say exactly how they managed to do it). So if you use the xbox controller emulator (whatever version) it would be very nice, if you could quickly post which version of the emulator you use and what secret options convinced your controller to let you brake and accelerate analog in the game.
