Not sure why you are posting that in this thread, this thread is about the blacked out textures problem.

This looks like it could be this issue:

Owners of ATI Series Cards - Click here for a fix to image quality (blacked-out textures) with certain MipMap detail settings are used.

It worth a try wink.gif

Rockstar posted a guide to this.

here -

it's dowe the page where it says:

Owners of Nvidia 7900 Series Cards - Click here for critical information about graphics issues.
Users Running 3rd Party Graphics Performance Tuners - Click here if experiencing missing textures.
Owners of ATI Series Cards - Click here for a fix to image quality (blacked-out textures) with certain MipMap detail settings are used.
Owners of ATI 1900 Series - At present the shadows may flicker and form large triangles in some instances. A patch will be released soon to correct this issue.

I know you guys have Nvidia cards, but it's the same problem - maybe you can do something similar in your Nvidia Control center.

Can anyone confirm if this is working or not?!

I set mipmapping to quality like they said to do. Didn't work for me confused.gif

Got it to work by setting the mip map setting to quality, or highest quality in CCC, and also updating the .NET framework and restarting afterwards.

I am getting only avg 23.5 fps putting all setting in bottom..
My config:
-xp sp3
-Intel Core 2 duo @2.93 ghz
-Ati Radeon HD 5450(1 GB)
-2 GB DDR3 RAM
I use only 205 mb of 1010mb (thats what it shows)graphics memory, still why is this problem??
I used gameboaster, cammandline.txt but no change in performance!
Do anybody have any other solutions???

For your system specs, that performance sounds about right. Try raising some settings as often the game can perform better with higher settings.

No need for that, you already stated your specs. Plus it turned out to be pretty normal considering your specs. See if this topic helps:
