I've tried myself and can't seem to isolate the code that makes the mod work.
The mod should, on pressing a button, slow the game down, for a limited amount of time, and i'd like a CLEO version so i dont have to restart my game to use it.

i had an idea for a mod in cleo for san andreas, but i have no idea if its posable so i thoght id post it here for somes pros to try and make or tell me y it aint posable .
basically when u enter a car it has its standard handling line that is in the handling.cfg . but then when you press a button it switches to another modded handling line eg. drift handling and then when you press that button again it gos back to the standard handling. but this can be activated in any car so you can have a drift handling but also have a more controllable standard handling when you need it.

Hey, i'm looking for a mod that displays territory for gangs...: *If possible then can you also enable Turf Wars and Turf Defense for these gangs too?

I've spend a long time searching for such a PC mod, several days actually, and only found it for PS2 - Clicky It surprises me how PS2 has the mod but not PC as most games are modded heavily modded in their PC versions. So a mod that displays all gangs (0 through 9) on the map with the colors listed would really make my day and several others' too. Thanks.
PS: I believe this can be done with memory editing, however I don't know how, if you do know how to get this done by any means necessary can you please let me know how to install it?
For GTA III & GTA VC (III SPECIALLY) on key press "K" for example if driving, play a mp3 or wav in /cleo/audio/audio.mp3 and car jumps something enough to jump over a truck
I've been looking days now and it's really starting to bug me, I don't want cam hack, I just want something simple where I can press the usual V to change view and it gets to first person driver, thanks so much if you help me, it would mean a lot to me.

Are you having one, if you have please give, i've searched the net thoroughly and haven't find a best one yet, someone is having motion blur very high, some after enabling all the things dissapear or some after enabling water dissapears. See my this thread:
I've got a cleo mod: Clocks. The game runs perfectly well. Only problem is if I use racetrack clothes or belongings (extra cleo mod) change. clock passes the white square. radio and logos as well as white square. what is there cause. solution could somehow get out?
and timecyceditor1.6 which button should be pressed? Because the game has not made and not found cleo!!

ich hab ein cleo mod geholt: Clocks. Im Spiel einwandfrei läuft gut. Nur das problem ist wenn ich rennstrecke benutze oder clothes (extra cleo mod) klamotten ändern. passiert den uhr weißes quadrat. sowie radiologos genauso so weiß quadrat. was ist da ursache.
könnte irgendwie lösung raus kriegen?
und timecyceditor1.6 welche taste soll gedrückt werden? Weil im spiel hat nicht gebracht und cleo nicht gefunden!!!!
