You should use a stripped main.SCM it will help you to start with the coding but if you want to learn about Externscripts ,Submissions and missions you should download stripped main with externscripts & submissions .

If you wanted a message to come up saying 'Hello World' all you would do is:

PRINT "HELLO WORLD"


All I want to know is how to do this in SA none of this crap about opcodes, externscripts or whatever itsn't necessary to know any of that stuff yet.

Hey everybody, I need someone to make a mod to edit my gangs
This is what I want:

If possible, i have 5 extra ballas that are peds. I wanna change them to be in the gang.
-I have 20 other peds id like to change into gang members
-i want to have gang wars in ls. With gangs 0,1,2,5,7,8 & 9 but its not mandatory for 9.
-i want to edit where the gangs territory is.
- I want the gangs to spawn with no weapons, not even in turf wars.
-i want gangs 0,2,9 to get along. And iwant gangs 1,5 and 7 to get along...
-last but not least, id like my player to spawn as a per.(i have a specific ped in mind)

Please help me out somebody...I'm not sure if it can be done via the main.scm, or through cleo scripts...but is greatly appreciate you guys help.

It's not exactly the same as above, but.... it will be posible to create new turf zones **WITH PEOPLE** and create new tags??? the last i know it can be done by map-placing, but cannot tag

Is there any sort of CLEO 4 script that plays atmosphere music if you're not in the car? I'd love to hear Red Dead Nuevo Paraiso/New Austin music while in the desert.

You want this : Sounds of Nature 3.0

The reason why the file size is so big? Because it includes sound for Winter, Summer, Autumn and Spring. Depending what you 'base' your SA on.
