Okay. Well, I was thinking of also getting an Alienware m14x. I have about a $1200 budget and I found a good m14x with

-Intel Core i7 2670QM 2.2GHz (3.1 turbo boost)
-NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M 3GB graphics with Optimus
-8 GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1600MHz
-320 GB SATA Hard Drive

(btw, does it make a difference in how I play if I get the 320gb over the 750gb? I won't use the space anyways and if I need more space, I can transfer it to an external hard drive.)

So will this computer run gta iv and maybe liberty stories (Ballad of Gay Tony, Lost & Damned)?

It will, but probably Medium settings at most. Alienware builds are really overpriced.

If you want a really good build, make a topic at this current section stating the budget and maybe the location [to determine which site to use], and we'll manage to make the best build possible out of the budget.

Ehh I was gonna order the parts that yojo posted but I watched all 3 videos on newegg and got so confused on how to build it so I ordered alienware m14x R2 instead. Anyways I'll tell u how it runs gta iv.

I thought about installing GTA IV on my PC. I have Windows 7, but Im not sure if the graphics card can run the game. Could an AMD Athlon™ II X2 250 3.00 GHz run GTA IV? I would like to know, because I really want to put GTA on my PC.
Here are some of my other specs:
4.00 GB Ram (3.75 GB Ram Usable)
64 Bit Operating System
Windows 7 Service Pack 1
