Needless to say, even with tweaks Intel HD will be much slower than cheap GPUs like HD4850 GDDR5 for example.

I bought GTA IV the program form STEAM, after it downloaded I tryed to run it but all I get is that i need to be running Service Pack 1 and some Verison number but can't recall that number.........I'm running windows 7 64bit SixPack AMD Chip 8 Gig's of RAM , Geforce 460 GTX 1GB GDDRS...... Been tryin different task to get to exe..... but no.. Tells me the same thing every time...

Apparently, my computer SHOULD be able to run GTA IV. The bar is pretty much in the middle of minimum and recommended. My CPU is the only thing that isnt recommended. I have over 75Gb free space on my hard drive but when i was installing GTA IV, guess what happened...f*ckING BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! Luckily, I reacted fast and i didnt lose ANY of my data. Does anyone have any idea how is this possible? Is my computer just sh*tty? I bought it about a year ago...So can anyone help me?

That sounds like a legitimate question, as there are legal downloads of the game-There is Steam, D2D, Gamestop downloads, Amazon downloads, etc. These are the ONLY legal downloads sites.

Just curious, why people automatically assume that just because someone asks for a download site, that it is always Warez?

Yes, but, that was an example, as he asked "Where can you download IV.." Which since there are LEGAL download sites(I listed them above), it is not automatically Warez unless they specifically ask for an illegal downloads site..As a Law Enforcement officer, we are taught to never make assumptions, unless we can prove that it's true or not...

And is at least playable at 20 fps? There is nothing to do to increase frame rate(like gta sa-sa fps increaser), because i dont want to stay 5 hours to download and to play at 10-20 fps... Anyway... If i put another 2 coolers i can overclock the cpu and gpu more?

For GTA IV? None.

Are you looking to upgrade only the GPU? Please post you motherboard info.
