Oh yeah,it's possible...I'd do it,but I don't feel like ripping sounds right now
.But all you need is...
-Open IV
-A copy of GTA IV
-GTA III
-and GTA3 Audio
Use OpenIV to rip the sounds
from GTA IV pc,then open SFX.SDT in GTA III audio folder(using GTA3 Audio),then replace the according sounds
.But there's like,a million sounds in there!(Not really but there
is a lot
