Lol, yes the mustache looks pretty funny. And the original model used the blue San Andreas pants. Which looked alot better IMO.

A lot of mods.Mainly, the particle mod made by me but not entirely as I used some textures from other mods.
Other mods:
Liberty City Twenty Ten by Onepiece(contains a lot of buildings interiors including sewers)
Onepiece's HD cars.
etc.

It does because I 've used that particle mod as a start.I have then replaced 80% of the textures.

Hmm, the Twenty Ten mod always crashed on me. Pretty annoying. Btw, does it really matter what texture you create for someone else' model if it's for personal use?

Ha, well yeah, but where at exactly? I can't tell just from the radar, but from the "L" I think it's Portland?

It's the road that leads to Callahan bridge on the Portland side, you can see the bridge on the photo.

Yeah....I figured that out when I went looking for it and couldn't find it even when I was standing in the exact spot
