What happened to Donald Love? I remember that Claude picked up a note and just left, no real explanation Did i miss something or can somedy please tell me what happend?

As far as I know, R* is done with the GTA III canon and we will most likely never find out what happened to him, just speculation from here on out...

the box that claude saw when he visited donald love, only to find that he has gone, contained a secret device that turned donald love into a taxi driver! so its possible that you've killed him or stole his taxi

One of my friends told me (and this is probably really far out) that he went into hiding in San Andreas but I find that really hard to believe, I don't know either way Donald Love is smart cookie he may of got out of it all good.

donald love is dead i was reviewing gta 3 events and this is what i came to after mission grand theft aero cluade took the packages from catalina and gave them to donald love catalina knew this and send her men from the colombian cartel to take the packages in which they were froced to kill donald to hide the attack but we dont know where his body is but im sure this is what happens if he left the city he might have informed claude in a call or any message but his death is the most convincing answer to our question

The beta of GTA 3 said we were supposed to fly a plane into the tower killing love, but it was cut due to 9/11 and the mission he went missing was what we got instead. Hes probably dead.

In my WIP VC mod (who you can see here), Donald Love was escaped to Vice City after his long time rival acquired the actions of Love Media in Liberty City and Donald got a contact of VC 2002 Mod Player (I can't reveal his name, it spoil) to prevent his rival acquires all Love Media network (because has another Love Media building in Vice City), killing their lawyers and contacts.

Sorry for my bad english, but I'm sorry for spoilering this my briefing, who Donald Love disappeared in LC (GTAIII).

Not as much as most people think was cut out due to 9/11. Most likely that mission was actually cut before the attacks, same goes for children appearing in the game.

And yeah it was probably cut pre-9/11 many blame all the cuts of GTA III on 9/11 but most were just due to the usual stuff!

Actually that were rumours! Rockstar have never planned to make kids into the game or a mission where you fly a Dodo into Donald Loves building. There was even a rumour and it said that you have to blow up a school bus that is full with kids. In fact all of these rumours were proved wrong. Even if Rockstar had planned to make these things, it never made it into the game so it can't be cut out because it was never in the game! Not in the beta and not in the alpha version. Rockstar proved these rumours wrong on GTA III's 10 years Anniversary in October 2011.

I think i remember R* saying in a recent asked and answered that Donald Love was killed when an airplane flew into his building, but it was taken out of the game due to 9/11.

I was looking for a link to it, but i can't seem to find one so maybe it was just my imagination running wild or something.
