It sucks we have to wait a whole year for what in the end will only be 3 extra episodes. No doubt there will be the spilt season. Its the end of the show and they want to drag it out as long as they can.

Agreed.

Things could change though. They know what the fans want, so they might not split them. 16 episodes is the most the show has ever had though. It's usually 13. So I guess it would make since if they was to split them if they decided to do it. I suspect the first 8 to end sometime in September, which means they could give us the second part around Feb. 2013 I'm guessing. Hopefully not though, surely they know that would disappoint alot of people.

Like your sig btw. That was a great movie! icon14.gif

It's gonna be an 8-8 split so it's not all that terrible.

I'M FINALLY f*ckING DONE WITH THE ENTIRE FOUR SEASONS!

Like holy sh*t man. Holy balls of sh*t. After everything Walt has gone through, this was certainly a satisfying way to win. I could go on and on about the finale but kinda worn out from my own personal Breaking Bad Marathon. But no Mike at the end? Me sad.

Great, so I've been watching nothing but Breaking Bad for the last three months now. Now what? Go back to The Walking Dead? Yuck.

One of my favorite scenes ever

I f*cking lol'ed when I saw Gus became the Two-Face.

Congratulations mrpain! Now I can speak to you freely about the show without the feeling of stepping on egg shells, lol. So you enjoyed the finale did you? Makes you wonder where season 5 is going to go huh?

About Mike, I think he is going to play a key factor in season 5. Afterall, he was still recovering in Mexico, so who knows how he will react to Gus' death. He's not the kinda person to draw attention to himself, so perhaps he will start working for Walt now as his enforcer? That would be interesting. Oh, and once I seen Gus transform into Two-Face my reaction was 5 seconds of silence, combined with an intense heart rate... and a bit of fist pumping.

And yeah, it's going to be hard for you to return to any other show now after a Breaking Bad marathon. I do recommend Dexter though if you haven't seen it. Almost has the same level of intensity as BB. There's 6 seasons, so I'm hoping it fills the void while I wait until BB season 5 starts.

Well, now you can join us discussing and speculating in the season 5 thread! icon14.gif

@SIKKS66: Don't believe that for a second until Vince Gilligan himself confirms it.

Dude, you're talking to a guy who has watched every single Dexter episode without fail. Wasn't I the one who told you that Dexter had become sh*t lately?

One thing I like about this show is the music they play. Dave Porter should get an award for this. I don't know any show that does this.

lol, you're right. You did tell me that. I'm in the middle of season 3 at the moment, and I gotta admit, it's kinda dull compared to the first two seasons.

And yes, the music in Breaking Bad is phenomenal. I especially like season 2's soundtrack... I downloaded all of the songs from that season. Oh, and DLZ by TV on the Radio is the alarm sound on my phone. Everyday I wake up I think, "Stay out of my territory." Good stuff.

I'm going to rewatch all the seasons again once it gets close to July.

Oh aye, Bryan Cranston was brilliant in Malcolm in the Middle. The entire cast was excellent but he stood out as a particularly strong actor. Nobody else could so easily jump from furious anger to pathos to manic absurdity like Cranston. Which, of course, made him particularly perfect for the role of Walter White, the man with so many faces.

I waited about a year between finishing season 2 and seeing season 3. Was waiting for it to come to TV over here but it never happened. Ended up buying an imported version of season 3 on eBay. Had to download season 4 because for some strange, criminal reason, no TV channel over here has decided to air season 3 or 4 STILL.

you must have downloaded season 4, because it's not out yet.

My goal is to get them all on blu ray. Blue meth, blu ray... makes sense. Plus it looks gorgeous.

Actually (to my surprise) Breaking Bad season 4 has already come out in Australia. Here's the link to it from Australia's biggest electronics/DVD/video game supplier JB HI-FI (http://www.jbhifionline.com.au/dvd/dvd-genres/drama-romance/breaking-bad-season-4/654011). I have no idea why it came out in Australia first though.

Hmmm, that is interesting...

2 months before us Americans get it, and the show takes place here. lol.

So I've been rewatching all the season in anticipation for season 5 in July. I am currently near the end of season 2.

I really want to see a flashback of Walt teaching his class with Jesse as one of the students. Perhaps Walt will get onto him for not paying attention, thus showcasing past "chemistry"they've had with one another. Would be interesting to see.

I'm hoping to see the begining of the very last episode start with a scene like this (much in the same way they started the last episode of season 3 with the scene of Walt and Skylar checking out the house). It would work very well- possibly alluding to the fact that it probably will be Jesse who kills Walt in the end.
