Ped Editor with 3D viewing

Can't Find a working link

Group: Members Joined: Sep 19, 2007	Does any one know a working link to a ped editor with 3D viewing I've googled it but all the links are dead or tool has been removed. Any one know where to find it?

when i click on the download button he gives me and download error
