BLACK PHOENIX MOD by Rapier
Version 1.3
INTRODUCTION
This mod was created based on the game Twisted Metal, where the vehicles have weapons and other abilities.

The Black Phoenix has several features, such as to be almost invincible and also have several weapons.

SPECIAL FEATURE

• KEYS LIST: Open "KEYS.TXT" to see the list of key functions.

HISTORY VERSION

• VERSION 1.3 (Final release): Keys list menu added and minor changes.
• VERSION 1.2: The missile is now guided and minor changes.

• VERSION 1.0: First release.

Cool mod, I just have a question What exactly does the special weapon do? I mean, it goes in circles thru the air and sometimes it hits a vehicle, but mostly it just explodes in the air/underground/anywhere

Anyways I love it, Please keep up the good work

have a question, when i put it into garage, when i save game, then i reload that save game, still i can use special features of black phoenix or it can't be ?

Well, I made some tests, the car disappears when you reload the game. I do not know why...

i put some body on san andreas but i dont see him cuz he doesnt spawn anywere so is there a cleo mod were you type ped and all the people in san andreas pop up so you could chose who to spawn like a pedestrian spawner?

I've only made it hit Police Helis so far (Seems to be good doing that)

Just a question, are you planing making more cool car cleos or not? Just want to know, you don't have to if you don't want

As I said earlier, the energy ball hits peds and every vehicle type. I do not see why hit more things.
Probably the BPM will be my last mod for SA.
