GTA Advance isn't really that bad at all. It's just the people who have never played it ever and just look up vids and half-assed 1 star reviews and assume it's sh*t.

Like I said back when it came out and I still say it today; the game isn't that bad for what it is. Keep in mind it is for Gameboy Advance. And for a Gameboy game, it's not that horrible. At least I don't think so.

The GTA London games weren't Downloadable Content, they were expansion packs on discs for GTA1. But nowadays you can download 1961 but not 1969 cuz ppl think that ones better.

And really guys, It really isn't as bad as all the critics say it is. I enjoyed it, got 100% and loved the borgnine taxi!

London 1969 was on disc but 1961 was only ever a free download for the PC version. 1961 requires 1969.

I thought that the GBC port of GTA 1 was actually pretty cool cause its the same missions and same areas. How many ports just straight port like that nowadays. I mean comeon you loose sh*t just from going from a 360 to a wii lol. As for GTA advanced I loved the game. It really perfected the top down gameplay. My only beef was the games soundtrack isnt good. But sitting in class hiding your sp and killing some f*ckheads is the best ever lol. Great game. 4 outta 5 *s for me.

Who said it's bad? It's awesome even though it's top-down.

GTA1 and 2 on GBC is sh*t. The cars are faster than usual.

To be honest, I play it on an emulator.

There are so many game Launch by Rock star but In all The worst GTA games are GTA1 and GTA2 because Its mission is so worst and I don't like Its graphics and game play option. My most favorite game in GTA edition was GTA San Andreas.

true that is is a great game for game boy advance but the i think the best top down view gta is grand theft auto chinatown wars. it acually has 3d graphics and the storyline and gameplay is better. of course it must be better because its on the nds and it was released in 2009...or 2008?

By the way, i want to see you guys find a larger, better GBA game, go ahead try, you should never compare Handheld ports to their main series, there is a huge difference. (Hint: The difference is how big a game can be)

Well that may be because CTW isn't listed under the "top down" section of the forum
But still, as far as Top down GTA's go, CTW is by far the best, in fact it's tied with GTA 4 as my second favorite GTA (after SA)

Did you ever PLAY the game?
I noticed that cars are saveable, I saved a car near my house,
Saved, re-loaded, and the car was still there.
Similar to garages except vehicle doesn't gets fixed.
It's easy to drive cars in this game.

The game is fine by me. I have never really played it, as I don't have a Gameboy, but after seeing videos on YouTube, I can honestly tell it's no worse than GTA2. Plus, there's all this GTA:III era stuff like vehicles, collectibles and weapons.

The only thing I did not understand about Liberty City in this gane is why it does not have curved roads like it did in III. But I'm guessing that this was due to Gameboy's hardware limit.
