You can get an everything-proof vehicle like this:
NOTE: This only works in GTA IV Base Game
1. Choose the car you wish to "proof" (preferably a rare vehicle)
2. Go on a date (I use Alex, although you can use any girlfriend. Kate is another good one for this)
3. Pick her up.
4. Scare her by firing a weapon INSIDE THE CAR. (You have to fire it inside, or else it will not work)

And another WTF moment that just happened to me:

I was driving an Infernus onto the East Borough Bridge, and I was travelling really fast, so I crashed into the back of a Landstalker, the driver died because it was a hard crash, and I was ejected from the windshield. So, as I'm getting thrown, my own Infernus runs me over! I died.

I wasn't even around to witness my WTF moment. I had to go do the dishes, so I thought it would be funny to leave Niko in the middle of traffic. I came back 5 minutes later to see me standing in the exact spot, with flaming cars on the sidewalk and me getting arrested. It bugs me to this very day because I will never know what happened.

Oh, that is why I saw them. I had just finished "Heavy Toll" (the mission where they appear as escort cars), and had saved it at Niko's Bohan safehouse, then I drove off in an Innovation, and found them while driving to Star Junction. I eventually just jacked one parked on the street in Star Junction.

i had a few the otherday i startded tbogt again i was in the middle of doing i luv lc i went to the dancefloor and hooked up
as luis and the girl went into te stalll ssome random woman just walked into the stall with them. later that day i played on red dead for a bit i got a wanted level so i jumped on my horse but it was stuck inbetween a few boxes so when the horse was shot it threw the stallion and john abouth 100ft into the air and killed them.

I came to write this as soon as it happened. I was walking around the Hospital in Schottler, waiting for people to take cash out of the atm so I could stab them to death. I found a victim, and while he was walking away with me behind him, a black maverick fell out of the sky and right into the middle of the street. It absolutely wrecked a Peyote. I was so dumbfounded I didn't even laugh, all I could do was look around in confusion, trying to figure out what happened to cause the maverick to crash.

Just starting my second play through and trying for 0 deaths and 0 arrests. Got to the mission where you chase Ivan to the top of the building. Last time I didn't save him so this time I decided I would. So i'm still on top of the building and get a phone call from Vlad I think. Talk to him and hung up, then somehow I managed to fall off the f*cking building... Been about an hour since I saved the game, i thought "oh sh*t gonna have to load it back since im about to die" so Niko is falling and begins to scream and boom I somehow landed on top of a f*cking light pole. Niko smashes onto it and tears some metal off it and then safely lands to the ground with the broken pole falling down. I got very luck on that.

I tossed away a black guy at Hove Beach and got in my car. The guy stood up, and pulled me out of the vehicle. Then immediately, two skinheads came there and started stabbing him with a knife... I was like wtf

In northern Algonquin, after fighting with one of the pedestrians, I jumped over a railing as he was getting up and landing on top of him suddenly propelled him a couple feet into the air before falling down again. It was one of those moments when the physics would do something crazy.

I was playing online in a random game I didnt know anyone in the game and some guy was in the passenger seat of my sultan RS and I was going extremely fast then all of a sudden I crashed into a wall and I went flying through the windscreen it was only a minute later that i realised that you never ever fly through your windsreen in multiplayer it only happens in single player and ive never seen it happen since.

My biggest WTF Moment was: I just drive across the street, really fast. Nothing is in front of me, and whoooooop ma damn car just make a backflip and lands back on the wheels. This happened like 3 - 4 times since 2008 now. And it's always different. Frontflip / Backflip etc.. But always land on the wheels. Thats just like "OMG DID YA SAW DAT DUH".

Yesterday or two days ago, I hit a taxi. The taxi driver tried to pull me out and I dragged him for a bit. Some oncoming traffic hit him, but not enough to kill him. So, I decided to let him pull me out so he could just punch me a bit more and get it over with, but that's not what happened. I think the oncoming traffic hit screwed his AI wiring up, because instead of fist fighting me when he pulled me out of my super GT, he just got in and drove away in it. I had to spawn another super GT for myself. It was kind of funny though. But man, that was my save slot car that wouldn't disappear if I used a spawn cheat. Also, it was on my favorite radio station.
