Grand Theft Auto: Las Vegas
Storyline
After being chased out of Vice City by both the athuorities and gangs. Tommy Vercetti must start a new criminal empire in Las Vegas. Tommy is gonna have more trouble than in Vice City when he is tracked down by bounty hunter and former right hand man to Sonny Forelli, Vince Beck. Can he start a new criminal empire in Las Vegas?

Main Characters
Tommy Vercetti: Even in his early 50's, he is still a wise cracking, drug lord, who is chased out of Vice City by the authorities and various gangs.
Vince Beck: He was once right hand man to Sonny Forelli who was coming back from a mission in Carcer City when he learned about Sonny's death. He now spends his time as a bounty hunter. He swore revenge that he would kill Tommy in the name of Sonny.
Patrick Brown: The crazy son of Jan Brown who wants nothing but to seek revenge on his mother for screwing up his childhood and thanks to his mom, knows how to kill things very well. He becomes Tommy's friend at one point in the story.
Callum Grayshaw: A rich activist living in the middle of the desert. He usually hires Tommy to do things such as hijacking a truck filled with cows that are going to be taken to slaughter house, placing explosives inside a high polutting factory, ETC.

In Las Bernattanica there are lots of big high rise Hotels and Buildings and is the number one tourism city in San Mantando. You do missions for people here and in LJ. The bridge from here to San Alnominos is getting repaired after an earthquake made a big crack in it. ***LOPAZ***    2 You come here in this little country town when you recieve a call from a guy called Liam Charles. He knows about your past so you do a lil bit of work for him in those lil country towns near Lopaz before kidnapping him back to Las Bernattanica and pushing him of a high rise building in the City. ***COMEN CITY*** This is the coldest city in the whole state. There are many snow storms here but it is really fun to skii down Mount Jamalatica in the snow. You come here after being in too much trouble from murdering Liam Charles. Missions include stealing planes from Las Jenallica Airport and flying them to Comen City airport. ***XZALAMANTINO*** This is the town that you move to after killing the biggest drug gang in Comen City. You do a number of missions for people here and the surrounding country towns. ***OPATONA*** A big town full of crime. Now its your turn to kill Turk Harting when he arrives there. But first you have to do some missions in the surrounding towns for people. ***HAMBLETON*** This is where you meet Roman. He is still clumsy. You do missions for him and other people in this town and the surrounding towns. ***LOS TARGOS*** Full of casinos, restaurants, bars, night clubs and theme parks. There is a mission where you have to bomb a rollercoaster and kill all the kids. This city has the lowest crime. You come here to work for Candy XXX. She dies of aids eventually. ***Gasanova*** You stop in this little town for gas....but then as you go inside and pay...your car explodes. Someone put a bomb. Grand Theft Auto: 2019

The City:
Downtown: The Central business district. This area is gang free, held under complete Police control. In this area, you can find beautiful buildings, lights, and some pretty nice and shiny cars too. The area surrounded by skyscrapers is known as starlight, and is the main tourist attraction. A real beauty. This area is also contains the Police Headquarters and Zaibatsu Headquarters (Z-corp is not in conflict with the cops, so they are free to claim this area alongside the police).
Unnamed: This area is a poor sight. 40-80 year old brick and rock buildings, old block apartments, being used as welfare buildings. This area of town is abandon by 90% of the population, but those who refuse to get jobs and live on welfare are stuck living here. This is the territory of the Forgotten.
industrial The main industrial sector of town. It's not too far from the Unnamed, it has the cities ports, factories, warehouses, and refineries. There is an abandon trainyard and a boat graveyard located here. The Russian Mafia operates around here.
Military Base: A US Army base that borders the Industrial District. The military base is one place you should stay away from. Going there means death.
Residential: A nice peaceful area, it's got streets lined with upper-middle class housing and rests at the foot of a large cliff. It also contains the Asylum, where the Loonies hang out.
Little Japan: an Asian community, consisting mainly of Korean and Japanese people, with some Chinese. This area is mostly Yakuza territory, but it also contains the Scientists Laboratories to the south.
Little Italy: This Italian community is just outside Little Japan, and serves as Italian Mafia territory. It's also not far from Unnamed, being separated only by a drainage canal.


The Gangs:
The Zaibatsu: The Zaibatsu are a large and powerful multinational corporation. They produce a wide variety of items, from cars to medicine. But they also secretly produce illegal drugs, and may work as hired guns or mercenaries.
The Yakuza: A large gang that specializes in drug making and trade.
The Mafia: The Russian and Italian Mafia's are rivals with each other. The Russians like to smuggle weapons and people, while the Italians steal cars and move drugs. Nonetheless, they don't like having each other around, and are currently at war after the assassination of a high ranking Russian mobster.
The Loonies: A gang formed by demented people (like Eddie Low) who often ask you to do ridiculous things with little or no reason. Later in the game they are brought under control by the police and forced back into the walls of the Asylum.
The Forgotten: A low level street gang formed to try getting better living conditions, but so far, have been ignored by the government. They have talked with the Loonies about starting a streetwar in angry protest, but have so far been afraid to.
The Scientists: This gang resolves all around technology, research, and development. Though on the inside, they do some sinister things, including human experiments.


Law Enforcement:
The Police: The police are the primary enforcers of the city. They use Electroguns to take out low risk targets, Pistols for potentially fatal threats, and Combat Shotguns on high risk targets. They ride around in Police Cars.
SWAT: Called in at 3 stars and drive in Securicop's. They use SWAT SMG's and have body armor.
NOOSE:Called in at 4 stars, they arrive in Enforcers and HMG armed Pacifiers. They use Combat Rifles and Combat Shotguns, with at least 1 GPMG per team.
Military: First seen at 5 stars, they are equipped similar to NOOSE. They drive Patriots and do not arrive in force until 6 stars. They are like the player in combat (high accuracy, no flinch when shot, etc) When 6 stars is attained, they strafe the player with Annihilators and Hunters, and deploy troops via fast-roping from a Cargobob. They also set up roadblocks with tanks (the tanks will try to blow up your car via mounted Howitzer).

GTA: Tokyo

Set in modern times you play as Mahito Satou a Japanese man in his late 20’s, it begins with Mahito catching a cab to Tokyo to live with his brother. The early missions are running errands for Mahito older brother Naozumi who is a drug dealer. But one of the missions go wrong and Naozumi is killed by the Yakuza. Mahito tries to get to his brother in time but its to late. But he catches a glimpse at who murdered his brother. So he swears revenge for Naozumi life.

Main Character:
Mahito Satou: Originating in Yokohama not to far from Tokyo Mahito is fairly young and has an interest in cars, his brother introduces him to an underground racing group.

Naozumi Satou: Mahito’s older brother.
Sakura Takashi: Love interest?
Ryu Gotoku: One of the murderers

This is located in Japan where the cars are fast, the lights are bright and the people are in the many.

You can purchase an mp3 player so you can either listen to the radio or your own music though it. Control the mp3 player by using the thumb stick (As the picture demonstrates) for a realistic feel.

An updated replay editor! Capture videos, Edit them, Put them on live and show your friends.
Over 100 different clothing items to purchase and a system so you can choose the colour of your attire.
Better movement, free running, perform vaults to get out of pursuits.
The ability to interact with people in-game or online (taunting, asking questions, general conversation)
Awesome fully upgradeable cars (Skyline, WRX, RX-7 etc. rip-offs) and more scooters and motorcycles.


More things to spend money on! Buy an authentic Japanese apartment and make changes to your home/s as you see fit. Go to the markets and buy many things from phoney jewellery to phoney iPods.

Better Graphics of characters and scenery (smaller map).
Silenced Weapons allow different pathways of missions (sneak attacks).
Extremely destructible environments! Shatter almost anything inside the game.


Radio:

Go Happy Station 26.8: This station features all that weird japanese music, with a mix of weird ads and weird hosts saying stuff that you cant understand.

Triple N 36.4: This station features pop/indie/alternative/what ever you wanna call it music, with artists like Bloc Party, The Strokes, The Wombats and Radiohead.

Supernova 47.3: This station is a Hard Rock Station and features bands like: Metallica, Iron Maiden, Megadeth and Pantera.

FUBAR 69.0: This station is Thrash Metal or and crazy shredding stuff features bands like: Slayer, Machine Head, Soulfly and Lamb of God

Doof Doof 78.7: This station is features Techno and stuff alike, features: Darude, Zombie Nation, Armand Van Helden and The Chemical Brothers.

Here's my idea:



This is the protagonist:



His name is Raul Perez, who's friend Miguel Rodriguez framed him and put him in jail for a murder Miguel committed. After 20 years in Alderney State Correctional Facility, he gets word from his brother Pablo that Miguel has traveled to Vice City. Raul now travels to Vice City. However, when Raul arrives, he quickly discovers that there is a criminal underworld in Vice. The Cuban gang called Mucho Cojones (or many balls in English ) and the Haitian's Tueur Vaudous (killer voodoos) are in a power struggle trying to control the city. Many corrupt politicians are taking sides in this gang war, and Raul is thrown right in the middle of it. He must now choose who to defend in this war and who to trust in his mission to find Miguel and seek revenge once and for all.

CITY: Vice City 2008. Vice City may not be the same as the 80's, but the beaches are still full of hot chicks, night clubs are everywere, and fast cars and a mansion are a way of life here. However, at the same time, gangs are trying to take over the city. Crime was at an all-time low a year ago, but then the Mucho Cojones and the Tueur Vaudous broke out into a gang war to take over the city. No one unprotected even enters downtown Vice anymore because of the war.

CHARACTERS:

- Raul Perez: Protagonist, age 42, just arrived in Vice City after 20 years in Alderney State Correctional Facility.
- Miguel Rodriguez: Antagonist, age 45, been living in Vice City for awhile and is trying to hide from Raul Perez. He is not affiliated with any gang, but sometimes gets hitman jobs from various gangs for money.
- Pablo Perez: Raul's brother. He is a multi-millionaire, however he starts of as a very greedy and selfish person and gives Raul only $2000 when he arrives in Vice City. Pablo also has "sources," which are very helpful to Raul in finding Miguel.
- Nick Johnson: Owner of a tool shop in Vice City. Nick's sister was killed and needs help finding who killed her.
- Ricardo Lopez: Head of the Mucho Cojones. He trusts Raul and wants him to be a hitman. He, however, does not know Raul was in jail and does not believe that people who were locked up in jail are trustworthy.
- Louis Capois: Head of the Tueur Vaudous. He believes Raul is plotting against them and wants to kill Raul. He is very cunning and often makes people have trust in him so he can kill them.
- Steven Reign: Powerful buisnessman and funds the Tueur Vaudous to cover up some of his previous crimes and also uses the Tueur Vaudous to kill rivals for him. He hates Pablo for all of his success and wants to kill him.

Story

Set in the scenic city of Independence City, City of Culture and History. Teeming with life and entertainment. A Community focused on its sporting lifestyle is we find our Protaganist. Alex Fernadez, aged 25 American born with a Puerto Rican background and the star Wide Reciever for the Independence City Hawks. Alex has his life made. A nice house, cars, a perfect lifestyle.
Always a nice a friendly person throughout college and high school, he built up a reputation of being all around nice guy and met his long term Girlfriend, 'Singing sensation' Jessica Griffin through his time spent at the College of Liberty City.
Alex was watched intently by many of the major football scouts and had pleanty of offers on the table, but took his option of playing for his beloved Hawks that he continously watched and supported his whole life.
During his third year of his contract Alex was having a stormer of a season, already on his way to breaking many of the records that some of the old timers have spent theyre entire career breaking. even before the play offs had been reached many media stories were anouncing him as season MVP. Popular amongst many of american youth and surporters he soon grew acoustomed of being an idol to many at his young age. But to a minority he was becoming a nuicence and threats and stories were soon building up on the young star...

Charecters:-

Alex Fernandez 25, born in north east independence city, Puerto Rican background. 6foot 4, athletic build, dark hair

Annalisse Fernandez 25, born in north east independence city, and twin sister of Alex. at 5foot 9 with a slim build. currently on her residential training to be a doctor.

Cassandra Fernandez, 18 born in north east independence, and is the youngest of the Fernandez Siblins. 5'7 with an athletic build she goes to Carser City University and is majoring in animal biology. She also has a promising future in track, running in the 100 and 200 meter sprints.

Vincent Fernandez 51, born in carolina Puerto Rico. Came to the US as a 15 year old with his parents. at 6'3 and a larger build, he spends his early retirement around Alex's mansion but in return he manages Alex's Fan mail, and his not so much fan mail.

Evalisse Fernandez, died in 2004 in a car accident due to a drink driver. The Driver got away with a 5 year sentance in which his term ends soon.

George Peterson 56, born in Alderney Liberty City. Head coach of the Hawks. Saw the talent in Alex and brought him to his side. at 5'9 and a heavy build he played for His college football tem before suffering a cruicate ligament injury that put him out of playing. But took up coaching in his early 30s.

Michel LeSabeo, 29, Born in San Fierro. 6'2 athletic build. LeSabeo All Star Quaterback for the Hawks formed a bond with Alex when he joined the hawks. now best friends Alex was his best man at his wedding.

Jessica Griffin, 25 born in South Inderpendece City. Jessica was brought up in a very hostile family. with 3 older brothers and a drunk of a father she was often abused and smacked about. Her mother shortly died when she was born, and her father blamed her for this.
She met alex in high school, and although very shy around people she warmed to Alex, and Alex felt the same about her. After hearing what her family was like Alex took it up to himself to protect Jessica and took her away from them. Jessica felt safe around Alex and knew she could do what she always enjoyed which was singing. She got a singing contract with thanks to Alex when he introduced her to a friend in the music buisness DJ Drummer. Alex started dating Jessica shortly before they graduated from college and have been together since.
