I just got Tropico 4, Syndicate and Mass Effect 3.

I love Tropico 4. The music is the best I have seen.

Risen (my personal favorite)
Dragon age 1 and 2
Gothic series
Morrowind

Not all were released before Oblivion but I am pretty sure you can run them.

I go back (memory and collection wise) to the Apple II period of gaming on PC! My sister's husband has a basement full of them, I can't type all their titles in, it's honestly over a 1000 PC games!!

Hahaha, no. It's really GPU dependant.

Morrowind, just do it, best single player RPG made to this date by far with more mods than, I'm pretty sure, any other game ever produced.
