afraid not, well not at this time anyways, but nothing saying it might not turn up in DLC at some point.

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jun 11, 2008	There was a way of finding a helicopter in GTALCS, so there's a really small chance of someone actually finding a plane in GTAIV. R* would have tested it, and taken them out, but one might be findable somewhere. If people found hot coffee, they can find anything.
