Do any decent cars even spawn there? I've been past it several times and there is never any sports cars let alone the ones listed on the Showroom's website. I've only just started missions there mind you.

the Sultin RS is the one with the turbo - it's parked behind the garages at the old mansion.

Why didnt you look on the Autoeroticar website for the street address, then look on your map that came with game to find where that street is.

you will drive a truck to it when you start working for phill....

otherwise, it's northern most (i.e. the farthest north you can go on that island) alderny, there's a burger shot, then right accross the street is the driveway entrance - the driveway split's into 3 roads, follow the middle one to the garages. the sulten is parked in some bush's behind those.
