Well, they don't work for me....unless I'm doing something incorrectly. There are no numbers for taxi's as far as I'm aware, only the taxi rides from Roman.

yo go into ure GTA IV directory #/Program Files/ Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV/...then go here: /pc/ html..there you go a legit list of all the websites

We had this convo like, last year

Websites are cool, but hey I have the Xbox 360 version. Someone should put up those websites that are in that text file.
Besides that, for phone numbers Rock Star was slack. Hardly any numbers work, only the one's in the phonebook and a few other ones, like 911 and ZiT.
