Well, all I can remember is, Claude was VERY low poly and fat and there were yellow school buses.

PS: When you go onto making your huge mod, you might wanna get some help from some other people. So I suggest you get a team together.

well bad news i just found that that guy with fat people for his avatar was right,i cant make the mod,all of this is because my computer has very low memory and it cant hold a mod plus i cant even get the program to make a mod.I have found out about tons of the facts about beta though.

You're going to need a 3d modeling program. The best would be Zmoddler, but you will have to first register it which is about $60. You will need a txd program. Listen man, It's great that you want to try and make a mod which brings back the old GTA 3. But I don't think you are ready yet. Just start out playing with the txds and stuff like that. And work your way up. One thing you could do is try to change Claude up to his earliest form. There was one picture where he was chubby, and another one of him in a more polygonal shape and he looked like a mime because no one gave him skin yet.
