The list that came with the guide was worthless, so I wrote a lot down while I went through the game and got it all figured out.

Here's a checklist that is good for printing, lists all the missions and etc. so you can check what you've done step by step. (Thanks to girishb for that)

NOTHING YOU DO CAN PREVENT YOU FROM BEING ABLE TO GET 100%. SIMPLE AS THAT.

How do you start the car thefts and missions for LJ and stuff like that?

you get txts telling you what car to steal and where to steal it, everytime you do one, you get another txt. (30 of these)
bring up jacob on your phone and go to drugs (I think it's that) might be delivery (around 10 of these)
assassinations are unlocked sometime when you're on the 3rd island (8 or 9)
call brucie to do a race, there are 3 or so on each island, just go to the next island when he can't give you one
exotic imports you receive via email from brucie, just reply to it positively and it will put that car on your radar. after you complete each one you get another email. (10 of these)

nope, just 10 over those 2 islands, same goes for races (3 or so races over the 2 islands), they function as the first island basically.

Im dissapointed in the amount of things to do on this game, SA had millions of stuff that kept me going for a whole year.

I meant gameplay-wise. Like the vice city bodyguards or smthg?

Is that all ?, because it not much. No Firefighter, Paramedic or taxi missions, no mission with the subway or with the bus ?
