I've recently got all of the GTA games on PC and Im finding a lot of them have strange things. In San Andreas a lot of the cars drive on two wheels.

In GTA III I'm finding certain cars where they shouldn't be. I see someone steal an ambulance once, started up vigilant mode and I had to chase him, so I guess the FBI car is plausable.

I also could of had a Barracks OL aswell, but had no way of getting it from Staunton Island to Portland for the I/E garage. The only car that's impossible to reach is a BF injection as they don't spawn until a certian mission is completed.

Indeed some missions cannot be completed if you play the other way round.

I'm glad it works. When releasing stuff like this I find I always get a bit paranoid that it won't work for other people lol.. But you've put my mind at rest.. an yeah the whole mission order is a bit tricky, luckily I've never come across that path..

Sadly the Vice City starter is still in progress, if i'm honest I just stopped trying.. I figured as the release of GTA IV is approaching no-one is really interested in the oldies. But if you want it, I will get it sorted.. I can't put a date on it.. but it will be worked on.

Firstly, congrats on a job well done, (Del).
Secondly, I'd like to ask - did you get the vigilante trick (to obtain the FBI car) to work more than once or was it only in this save of your's?
Just asking. I thought I'd try this myself but don't seem to be having any luck.

Hey there. Sorry for the late replying. Been stuck on the PS3 for a bit.

Yes I obtainted an FBI car via the vigilant method, if I'm completely honest with you I don't remember it much.. I was rushing it in frustration to get those hidden packages out of the way, I remember getting the FBI car then moving onto the next vehicle not giving it much thought. I hadnt played GTA at that point in just over 2 years so wasn't that clued up on how rare the FBI car was.

On a side note, I know I've said this many times, but tonight ive just started The Ultimate Starter for Vice City. My PS3 burnt out 3 days ago, so I need something to past the time whilst Sony do their magic.

It is on gtaSnP, so just click on the number that represents the save spot you want to use. When you download it(the save), just put it in your GTA 3 User Files Folder in "My Documents"-if on XP or in "Documents" if on Vista and use the XP compatibilty mode or no compatibiblty mode at all. If you have another save currently in that spot, it will warn you, just click yes to replace it with the current download or pick another save slot. Hope this helps.

Holy crap, does it ever. I ransacked every folder under C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTAIII trying to find the saved game files. I had no idea they were in 'My Documents'.
