The Ultimate Game Starter
Introduction
As there isn't a PC message board for GTA III I figured this would be the most appropriate section. This is The Ultimate Game Starter, I've basically done everything that's possible before doing mission two for Luigi. The following tasks have been passed or completed.

Storymode
Luigi: Luigi's Girl

I/E Garages
Portland Import/Export Garage: Completed
Shoreside Vale Import/Export Garage: BF Injection needed.
Emergency Vehicle Crane: Barracks OL & Rhino needed.

Vehicle Missions (R3)
Paramedic: Level 12 completed
Vigilant: 20 criminals busted on all three islands
Firetruck: 20 fires put out on all three islands
Taxi: 100 Taxi Fares completed

Toyz
Diablo Destruction: Completed
Mafia Massacre: Completed
Casino Calamity: Completed
Rumpo Rampage: Completed

Off Road Missions
Patriot Playground: Completed
A Ride In The Park: Completed
Multi Story Mayhem: Completed
Gripped: Completed

*The missing package is in the middle of the bridge connecting Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale. Stand in the middle and wait for the bridge to lift up.

I took that package by dodo. So now packages r complete 2.

Hey Astarot, I cannot thank you enough. I've edited the first post with credits and the new link. I just suck at the Dodo.

The reason behind it was purely for myself, I wanted to set the goal of completing everything thats possible, after doing so I figured it wouldn't hurt to share. I know a lot of people don't play GTA III now, but later on if they feel like doing storymore they have all the other crap done.

I'm going to be starting a Vice City one soon, if I can't find anyone else who has done the same idea.

But don't forget the Purple Nines Glitch! Everytime you start a new game first check if they spawn in Wichita Gardens (I can say that everytime when I start new game they keep spawning. I never was a victim of this glitch YET).

I was under the impression that particular glitch was only on the Playstation 2.
Edit: OK looked into it, an found it's also on PC. Thanks for alerting me, I'll add the fix into the first post.

I don't think personally that theres any trick with getting thath package :c Everyone can do it, if he know how to fly by dodo.

I'm not being rude, and I respect Demarest a lot, I've never spoken to him but I am familiar with most of his work. I credited Astarot for completing that particular package, not for finding it. I'm not bragging here but it doesn't take a genius to work out how to get the package.. I knew how to get it long before I ever heard of GTAForums.

It would be interesting indeed. I would like to see what side missions can be done before you start single player.
