I was swimming under the Gant Bridge in San Fierro and found a dolphin, not a shark. WTF?

Makes sense to me, considering there are dolphins in the game and no sharks. Is there something weird about this particular occurrance?

I believe in the shark myth since there was files found on the disk of a shark. i never saw a dolphin on my PS2 game, but on my Xbox one, i've noticed so many things you only find on youtube. I probably misunderstood the dolphins in the game. usually no one talks about the dolphins so i brought it up.

Even if that is true, it has been confirmed that there are no sharks in the game. If there are any files named 'shark' or something like that, then R* probably took them out of the final release.

There are dolphins in the game, but no sharks. Although the model is in the code, It isn't referenced in the main.scm hence why you'll never encounter a shark. This was found out by dozens of experienced modders, who have looked through the games code.

Also, Dolphins are just one of the main sea creatures that are in fact available.
