Looking through the album again, I came across this one:



I'm thinking of going back to York sometime during the summer. Mainly to see the church once more and a few other things but I wouldn't mind taking a camera and seeing what I can do. Does anyone have any tips for photographing buildings and such? Is there a rule of thumb for photography in general that someone could offer? Cheers in advance for any help.

There is just something about that photo that I really love. I think it is the grand arches and the two shields.

I've been wanting to go to York for an awfully long time. I had the chance to go last year, but I ended up in hospital at the time of the trip. Dammit!

Hmmm apparently some of my photos were used on Judge Joe Brown last Friday... Of my friends band... Anyone know a place I can rewatch last episodes of the show? Was that even legal? Should I take him back on the show over this? Lol.

Wow, methods I really like that last one.... Great great capture.. the moment and exposure are both awesome.

Took a bunch of photos at my grandmother's birthday today. Had a decent selection of family photos, but only these two came out with any kind of artistic quality.

The baby is my cousin's baby, adorable kid with really, really blue eyes. I liked how that shot came out in B&W though, probably the only good B&W shot I've ever taken.

Thank you very much Dave and Dnero. I really appreciate it. Actually the photo is quit similar to the original except I 'burned in' a little along the top and top left corner. The clouds were rushing past and the tide was coming in at a ferocious pace. We were shooting a joke video for my friend and in one scene/a couple of takes we left the tripod down and it quick got surrounded by water and my mate had to take of his shoes and get it.

Strange day for the weather. It was the same today too.

This is very far away from Greece. They're taken from a village, called Gethanh, located in the south western region of the Arabian Peninsula. It's in Al Baha province .
