I downloaded this mod: http://acguy.qp.land.to/file/samod/reimusa.zip

it came with one .dff and one .txd file, I renamed the both to "player" put them in player.img using G-IMG and it wont show up in-game.
EDIT: never mind as I have fixed the problem

Hey, I was wondering how did you manage to solve the problem? I'm having the same and I don't know what's wrong. I'm using the exact same mod and replacing the player.dff and player.txd in gta3.img.

Thanks for the advice about the "script" files and stuff, but the ONLY thing the script does it let you use multiple skins and switch them in-game.

But that's not what I want. I want to REPLACE the skin for CJ with a different one. I don't want mutiple skins. I just want ONE skin, and I want it to be a Touhou character, NOT CJ. Please help me do this.

There's a lot of touhou mods for SA like this video, but the download site require the use of translators and CLEO3 installed on your GTA SA.
