| QUOTE (Don Garcia @ Friday, Jul 13 2012, 04:46) | That video makes killing people seem so easy. And that Red Dead targeting system...
I remember being nervous as sh*t before every kill in previous Hitman games. Always worried I'd f*ck it up and alert the guards. |
Well in the older games, it was not hard to kill them either, but your right it did alert everyone. I believe some of my feelings would be about being nervous about who I kill. I won't lie, I like the new interface showing who exactly you need to kill, and the score to the left showing you exactly what your score is. It is good they are keeping the scores, anyone trying to achieve the highest score will now know while they are on the mission and it does encourage a more cautious approach. I know it kind of ruins the surprise at the end, like finding your score at the end and retrying the mission from scratch if you did not get what you want. It was both frustrating and cool, but it is something I will live with. About the targeting system..Hope it is not too generous with that. I will be trying all the game modes, but really when you are marking the enemies, there is the only limit of how much ammo and instinct you have. My worry about instinct is having the ability to upgrade it, almost like "buying your way" in the game. So hope they can balance that out. You can choose not to, but you still have that urge to use it.. This post has been edited by Doublepulse on Friday, Jul 13 2012, 06:00
