So here in New Zealand we are pretty good at Rugby Union. I want to put a game onto a usb drive and send it to a mate in the USA. I know to make a PS3 folder with a VIDEO folder and put the file in there. Im just wondering if my usb drive needs to be formatted any differently to use on a playstation in the states and if I record the game by PVR on my set top box will it work on the ps3 or will I need to convert it before I put it on the usb drive. any replies appreciated.

Hey guys, I need some SERIOUS help.

Okay, so.

I bought a second hand 320gb slimline PS3 today and I was planning on transferring my data from my fat 80gb, BUT in order to do so I need to deactivate my PSN accounts on my fat. The problem is they ask that I sign in to both accounts and deactivate them, the problem is, I currently have no internet connection for my PS3(s) so I can't deactivate my accounts that way. But it says I need to in order to transfer my PlaystationStore purchases.

So guys, how do I deactivate my PSN accounts from my fat PS3 so I can transfer my Store bought data?

Internet is required for this. You could go and open a support ticket with sony support and explain the issue. I dont know what your issue is though, your on the net right now, so how dont you have internet on them?

What you can do, is purchase a 500GB external portable HDD (about $80), format it to FAT32, plug it in the PS3, go to settings, system settings, and backup.

It will back up EVERYTHING (including activated PSN account) to you HDD, and then simply do the same thing to put it all on your new PS3.

I'm using an internet stick for my laptop. They don't work with the Playstations, so I can't sign in with my consoles. That's the issue.

If so, how many (decent) people have you ever come across to talk to? Everywhere I go I see arguments, guys stalking girls or I see the word rape in speech bubbles everywhere

I've only ever met three genuine people on PS Home, is it just me or does general internet douchebaggery apply to PSHome as well?

I would say the 7.1 headset is for normal games and the Turtle Beach P11 headset is for Horror Games.In my opinion,the Turtle Beach P11 headset would be perfect.People online have complained that the third headset is easily breakable.

I just bought the Sony 7.1 Wireless ones, they're amazing

Do the P11's have more bass or something? I'd prefer mobility (wireless) over that anyway.

This one, it's way more reliable and it won't break easily, turtle beach headsets are easliy breakable (including the P11, believe me) compared to Sony's 7.1 wireless ones.

Note: I don't play online, i use it for horror games.

Can someone enlighten me on the benefits of a stereo headset over the official PS3 bluetooth headset, for someone who plays driving games?

I may consider buying one but I don't think it would benefit me much
