Enter Vehicle of death cheat, enter the car, enter the cheat again to turn it off. You don't have to worry about the radio comming on thing, at least not on PS2.

No, I don't think you use the news chopper in any of the Airport Races the only thing that comes close is Chopper Checkpoint and Whirly Bird Waypoint and both of those you use the Maverick, I can't remember off hand where the SAN Chopper is located.

EDIT: excuse me I thought that was the police version maverick thats why I said "I don't think" I just remembered 3 helicopters 2 with no guns

All I have is a 4 Patriots (Screenshot) that I have stolen from a couriers that were delivering cash from Big Smoke to Loco Syndicate. They are bulletproof, fireproof and explosion proof. I didn't collected any more "special" vehicles, because I don't have much use of them.

Found it at a house just northwest of a dirt path in Tierra Robada...It's NORTH of the Cluckin' Bell. You know you found the dirt path if you see a bait shop.

The S.W.A.T. tank from End Of The Line.
The Levithan with the magnet crane.
Pulaski's Buffalo.
The FCR-900 from the T-Bone Mendez Loco Syndicate mission.
The Sstretch Llimo with the black/white color scheme.
The White Walton from the mission 'Madd Dogg'.

Sweets Greenwood from the mission 'Riot'? What's the License plate on that car? (now).
Seems to me that once the car is 'taken' it loses its Special (Sweet's Grove4L) Plate.

@lil Weasal, Yeah, it seems like any car with a Special License plate will lose that plate if stored in a garage, as when the door closes and reopens, the license plate is just a random tag. I have confirmed this on Pulaksi's Camaro from the High Noon mission and the White Turismo in Prickle Pine that has my username on it in the Chain Game, and on Sweet's Dodge, and on the other special tags from the Chain Game(I used the Chain Game as an example, since there are a lot of Special plates there).

But, as far as the Phoenix goes, that one is easy to obtain, just use a Chain Game Starter save and have one that always spawns behind your garage in Mission, SF and outside the safe house on the old vegas strip in LV(not sure if this one is a special chain game vehicle OR if it spawns in a normal game though?) lol

But, anyway, good list..

Yeah, licence plates get random after you save a vehicle in a garage, but Sweet's greenwood that spawns normally in Grove Street also has the "GROVE4L" licence plate. Anyway, I only have the special vehicles that are obtainable without failing a mission, cause that kinda ruins the continuity of the game to fail a mission on purpose for me (in fact I've never liked the idea of retaking missions - at least the storyline ones/hospital visits in GTA, would much more prefer the game over when one of these things happen, you can always reload anyway), so here's my list:

- black Stretch
- green Pizzaboy
- Mothership
- BP/FP Tahoma
- BP/DP/EP Patriot
- BP/DP/EP Maverick
- Phoenix (also obtained after "A Home in the Hills", not cheaply stored during the race )

The rest of my garage space is used by tuned/normal but rare cars.

The last one dissapeared though so i'm gonna get it again in my 3rd runthrough of the game to get a few unique vehicles i missed. Has anyone else got the unique coloured gold Burrito? I'm gonna look into that one in my 3rd runthrough as well.

At the north of LV, nearly due north to your airstrip there is a patch of beach where a seasparrow spawns, the broken sadler spawns there usually but it has been known to not be there. hope i helped
