those aren't unique vehicles,they are cool but, uniqe vehicles are the ones that you can only take in certain mission, and is difficult to take them, or you need to do sacrifices like buy a house when you have a little money, or fail a mission, etc..

Hard work. Shuffling garages with the rides. Replaying and failing missions in specified manners. Checking to see if the aquistitions have "vanished" every mission save and redoing the mission if any have.

Easy as that.

System Error's Bulletproof Car Page on Game Faq's is pretty clear on most of them. Not giving up on finding new ways to aquire unobtainables and then letting others know how, particularly System Error. If one finds a new one it is a matter of ethics (if you are using the source to aquire one) so let the original source know if you do find a new method. To further your source is fun and it helps for the sake of completeness as such. Se always shares credit and is pretty cool person in my opinion.

SE is here on the GTAForums as well and is planning on putting the aquisition guide here as well including the vids for each aquistition if people will submit them.

There are a few next time I have ideas about.
I'll gladly assist pretty much anyone who wants to aquire one that is available if I can.

What mission do you get the red wheeled FCR-900? And also can you get the blue-gray police car?

I can tell some stories about aquistion that's for sure. Sometimes moving them around so you can aquire more is some piece of work too. The longest thing to do in a game like this is running around to check your garages after every mission and every save. It takes about 30 minutes by chopper near the end. I am not complaining just mentioning it so people know what they are in for if they do this and don't want to loose any vehicles. You really do get to see some cool things and even some path interchange that you might miss otherwise.

But then again this wass my 6th run through the game. It is hard for me to believe I am going in again. But here I go getting ready for round 7.

Yeah you can search a guide to tell you all the ep/fp/bp/dp and how you aquire them. I have these:
- Tahoma BP
-Patriot EP/FP/BP
-FCR-900 BP/EP/FP/DP
-Maverick BP/EP/FP/DP

For rare cars like the pheonix you can just add them in the game so they spawn. Just open cargrp with notepad in the data folder and add the car to which ever part of town you want it.

here is my collection

2. Swat Tank (stolen during the last mission, end of the line.)
3. FBI truck ( Using a cheat device)
4. Berkley's RC Van ( stole one I found in the desert)
5. News Helicopter ( hijacked the one that comes after you during a 4 star wanted level.)
6. Beach party van (the van that has stereo equipment in the back of it.)
