I found these on another site and they really give you an insight Into what rockstar had in mind when they made the game, a mix of a futurustic and a 1930s setting, almost like blade runner. Does anyone else have any GTA2 concept art?
Nice find. I saw the cars long ago but I lost the high res images and I don't remember the other art.
There's still no proof that GTA3 Claude is Claude Speed but I like to think he is.
Some styles come back, scooters somehow became popular again for a phase, 1950's coats are back in style, those 1930's cars still look cool, unlikely for them to make a comeback but not impossible (just have to create an unlimited clean fuel source and reduce the population so we have space for those massive cars).

As far as I know, those 3D renderings are the same ones used in the actual game- DMA rendered their cars in 3D and then used top-down images of them for the game.
Quoth DMA at the time; "All the cars have been modelled using Alias running on a Silicon Graphics machine. This means we have models which are correctly shaped and lit for maximum effect in the game. The vertex lighting we have in the game applies itself not only to the roads and buildings, but also to the cars and peds for maximum immersion."
I thought I remembered some other GTA concept art I'd found, but after a lengthy search I came up with nothing.
You can acquire electrobaton thanks to GTA Save game editor, but it hasnt fully functions. You can only "shoot" blind bullets and it hasnt any electro function.
I found this a few days back, it said it was from GTA 2 but it looks like GTA 1. Anyways notice that some of these look a lot like characters in GTA 3 and San Andreas, maybe they recycle some of the concept art for characters in the new games..
