Why wont transfender open for Flash?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: May 5, 2007	Why wont transfender open for Flash? I visited all 3 garages...none open for this car. It's a sports car. Why wont it let me mod this vehicle?

I say XD too much, just ignore it Group: Members Joined: Jan 25, 2003	I'm pretty sure the Flash is a street racer, you need to go to Wheel Arch Angels in San Fierro, where some really cool looking parts can be bought
