One thing I couldn't help but notice is you put Maria instead of Louise in some of the car descriptions. But apart from that, thats a really good guide.

here's a map to show NEARLY ALL the new vehicle locations.

here is the complete vehicle list of all the NEW VEHICLES.

AIR AMBULANCE - on top of hospital in downtown & behind the ocean-view hospital in ocean beach once 2nd island is unlocked.

ARMADILLO - behind the fire station in downtown once 2nd island is unlocked. you can toggle the side mission 'fire copter' once you enter it.

BIKER ANGEL - steel one from a biker gang. these bikes have a star & stripe body vinyl.

BIPLANE - one can be found on the runway & there's also one in the hangar.

BMX - one can be found just west of 'stonewall j's' gun shop. there is also a girly bmx behind a mansion in prawn island. go to this page in gtaforums to find it. http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=269874

BOVVER '64 - one of these can be purchased at 'clymenus suite' for $4500 once completing lance's mission 'white lies'. there are other places like next to the pier at the very south-west of the map. where the bottom wooden floating shack is. this toggles the race 'harbour hover race' once you enter it.

BULLDOZER - one of these can be found in the construction site in downtown, south-west from the police station. once you go through the enterance {the empire site is north of the enterance} go straight ahead, past the steel pipes to see a 'dozer.

CHOLO SABRE - these can be found driving around little haiti & little havana.

DOMESTOBOT - this is not really a vehicle big enough to drive, but you can take the controls in diaz's mission 'domo arigato domestoboto'.

FLIGHT VCS - these large jumbo jets haven't really got a name, but if you click on the hyperlink below, you can watch a video from youtube. it's about someone entering a jumbo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfQwv5bD1CU

FORKLIFT - after completing phil cassidy's mission 'boomshine blowout', one of these will spawn at viceport. across from the 'flatbed' that spawns where the 'packer' was in the original vice city game.

GANG RANCHER - steal one from the sharks gang. don't try stealing one from their empires, because those are locked.

JETSKI - one can be found behind the film studios after completing reni's mission 'say cheese' that toggles the side mission 'watersports'. others can be found riding on the waters of vice city. steal one!

POLARIS V8 - one can be found outside your medium venture & high roller prostitute buildings.

QUAD - once completed louise's mission 'when funday comes' you'll be able to purchase a quad at sunshine autos, and once completed mendez's mission 'unfriendly competition' you'll be able to purchase one behind the hotel which is south-east of the malibu club. {both for $3000}

SPLITZ-6 ATV - once completing louise's mission 'd.i.v.o.r.c.e.' you'll unlock the safehouse. once completing lance's mission 'from zero to hero' you'll unlock the second island & will be able to purchase a splitz-6 atv for $4500.
{it's the safehouse that used to be called 'phil's place' in original vice city}

STREETFIGHTER - one is parked on the middle road in washington beach.
{no more info can be said, really}

VCPD CHEETAH - steal one from the fbi when you have 3 or 4 wanted stars.

VCPD CRUISER - steal one which isn't locked from any police station.

VCPD ENFORCER - steal one from the fbi when you have 3 or 4 wanted stars.

VCPD MAVERICK - there are only 2 police stations which have these ontop. downtown police station & washington beach police station.

VCPD MAVERICK 2 - these are really rare, so i doubt if you are even going to bover looking one.

VCPD WINTERGREEN - once you see a cop on one, highjack him. or wait for either 1 or 2 wanted stars. one can be found at the 'washington beach police station' in washington beach.

VENTOSO - you can purchase one of these from king knuts in downtown for a small amount of money.

VIOLATOR - search the piers in between leaf links & vice point for one.

WINTERGREEN - either one can be found in the car-park behind the malibu club, or click this hyperlink below to see where the other place is.

the 'vcpd maverick 2' hasn't got any doors.
the police only use the vcpd maverick 1 with doors, so i don't really know where a version 2 is found. pitty really!

and, oh yeah. i have found a spawn vehicle which spawns a gang rancher.

1} make sure you own a 'prostitution' empire building.
2} go to it and take the 'polaris v8', which is parked outside or round the back.
3} drive all around prawn island and on the road which circles the mall.
4} you should see a 'gang rancher' driving around, so carjack it!

now enjoy your new gang rancher!

There is not another VCPD copter, it would really probably be a news copter.

i actually saw a walkthrough of all the VCS Vehicles and I saw a normal VCPD Chopper (The one u can get your hands on easily) and another 1 that was green instead of white!!!

Yea omg i saw that too put in gta vcs on google look through the pahes until u see a french site click translate and look on the cars list i would also like to no where to find an fbi rancher they say there is one of them in vcs as well

I pm'ed Saint Dave and he said that he saw some chasing him in the PS2 Version.
If u have the PSP Version it'll be more than likely 2 be able 2 b spawned through the cheat device if the FBI Rancher is in the game files

EDIT: Y isn't the normal "Rancher" from Vice City in Vice City Stories?
