I just spent the weekend in Oklahoma of all places!
And came across this little charmer.

Not a bad car I guess...I prefer the Murcielago myself...they happened to have one of those in the garage, bastards!
Along with a Mercedes SLR and Ferrari 430...

The color combo is stunning. It's a good spider but it's a bad GT. A fried of mine has the coupe and it's a pain in the ass on the everyday use. He has both 360 and Gallardo, and the 360 is way more user-friendly (a tad higher, bigger trunk space)than the lambo. If you want to go on a 5 day trip with the 360 you can, with the other it's more difficult..

They did say that when they get it serviced, they need to take it up to Dallas, about 4 hours drive away, I was like "excellent, a good blast" but they get it picked up on a low loader because driving it for any length of time is VERY uncomfortable!

How the other half live...

Picked up my Type-R last night. It's bloody fast!! Its a one way ticket to lost my license. 6k rpm, BWAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! Its so well built, looks awesome in my opinion and all the kids in their Corsas wanna play, and I can pwn them without even using the i-VTEC y0!

It was awful driving it home. 30 odd miles back from Pennine Honda in Rochdale near Manchester in torrential rain and rush hour traffic. 60mph in the inside lane following Amanda in my 206, hehe.

I'll get pics when it stops pissing it down and when I'm not working.

Its done just under 40k

The electronic steering dooh dah s a bit odd. In my mums Jazz I like it, but on the motorway is seemed notchy. That may have been due to the fact the motorway was full of standing water though. I've not tested the brakes much as its got new pads on so im just bedding those in. The gearbox is lovely but if you hit the VTEC its hard to keep your hand off it as you're constantly changing gear to keep up .

I'm happy with my purchase, and there tons of room in the boot for the dogs when I walk them on the weekend. Fuel economy is a little worrying, but at nearly 22 it was time to get something I actually wanted.

Hey i'm 22, wish i could insure a car like that... not that i'd buy one of those specifically, would probably be a 2.8 Capri, which is probably slower but would be loads more, work that out...

Onto the car itself, i thought that generation of Civic looked a bit plain (didn't they all until the new one?), but with the Type R kit it stands out nicely, plus you can blow away chavs that have stuck the same kit and a sticker on thier 1.2, which ought to be fun.

Im parked a few streets away from work there. I usually park in a nearer car park but my permit has my private plate on which I need to transfer yet.

No leather trim. It's quite rare on these and quite frankly although it looks great, I wouldn't want it. You'd fly out the seat. The Alcantara is just as good I think.

That's the artificial leather, I suppose it is. Leather is comfortable, but it's a freezing surface in the winter and it can be hard to maintain too, or a pain in the arse should I say.

Triumph Rocket - 0-60 in 2.5 seconds, hold on.
