Are you totally through the mission? I just watched StuckGamer & it looks like you are at the point in the mission where you take the car to the garage & load it with the haul from TT (the incriminating drugs). The car looks damaged too. Have you gotten back to the Hotel & parked the car & made the phone call? If not, my suggestions are to take the car to the Pay 'n Spray then try to drive into the red mission event trigger at the garage (the red cylindridrical thing). You'll then have to drive back to the Hotel without damaging the car.
That's what it looks like to me.
