You see, it isn't. It's still way too over-sized. The maxim limit is 150x500 pixels, while yours is 228x193 pixels. Take a look at the picture below.



Do you see those RED lines I surrounded with WHITE? Those show that the picture is over-sized. Lucky for you, I fixed the picture for you, making it 150x127 pixels. All you have to do is to go here and replace all the codes with the new ones I'll give you below the next fitting picture.

It's still too big, that's why it was disabled in the first place. There should be no red in the border surrounding the sig in your profile; it should be all green.

Unfortunately, it's still over-sized. As Girish said, it needs only green all around, which your signature doesn't have. Look at the following picture to see what I mean.



You can notice the RED dots I surrounded with WHITE, no? Those show that the signature is over-sized, but by very little. Luckily for you, I've found a solution. All I had to do was to re-size the picture, and now both the picture and text have enough space in the 500x150 pixels signature limit.
I turned the picture from the 471x141 pixels size to a 418x125 one, which is small enough to fit a line of text under it. All you have to do is to replace the codes I give you below with the codes of your current signature. Replace those codes here.
