GTA Garage Mod Manager 2.3

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Feb 18, 2007	Hola! I tried to download GTA Garage Mod Manager 2.3 from gtagarage.com, but when i open it, an error pops up and says that it was an unexpected end of archive. This happens everytime i download it, whatever version. And i cant find GTA Garage Mod Manager downloads anywhere else on the net.. Please help me

I got this message after cliking next 3 times and then download:
