| QUOTE (PrometheusX @ Wednesday, Aug 8 2012, 18:25) | | QUOTE (Ryda King @ Wednesday, Aug 8 2012, 17:19) | Also Booker T announced Primo & Epico vs Primetime Players this Friday. Yay? |
AGAIN? What about The Uso's? Cryme Tyme? Reks and Hawkins? | *Sigh* I really miss Cryme Tyme, they would have been the perfect pair to steal Alberto's car, not Sheamus. But then again they probably would have tried to sell the car to someone backstage. That would've been great. And I see the Funkasaurus is extinct now? *Groan* Yeah that was a terrible joke there. Also, I see Wade Barrett is going to return, my brother will be very happy about that. Oh and also, where's Mr. DAMN when you need him? Regarding D. Bryan's nervous breakdown recently.

| QUOTE (Ryda King @ Wednesday, Aug 8 2012, 07:34) | I respect nothing about Stephanie. She didn't work for it or earn it like Paul did. She was just handed everything because of her dad. I like Vince, even though he's a bastard, but his daughter is worse.
| QUOTE | | But I loved that little shrug'n'smile Steph gave to hubby during that piece... |
You mean the "I'm a rich bitch and I can do anything I want so oh well" look? Then it's funny, she beats up on Paul becase he's telling the truth about her kids then when Brock Lesnar comes out, she runs away. Oh we can beat up Paul but we gotta run away when big 'ol Brocky comes out. | Meh, Personality Persoshmality. She's hot that'll do me
Raw overall wasn't bad, Punks reaction to Raw 1k on Raw 1001 was good, a little hark back at being heel but you could get his point, but this week he sounded like a douchebag and like wailing baby, so I was kinda glad when Big Show Knocked him out.
I'm liking Damien Sandow actually as well, it seems the WWE honchos are as well with HBK giving him some advice on top of that. Ryback is getting better each week, although could do with a proper push.
I thought Cena/Bryan was actually a good match, predictable end, but good match none the less.
Shame Alex Riley won just to fuel a feud, he needs a push as he could be a real talent.

I'm pretty sure WWE is going into a new era, somewhat in-between Attitude and PG era. Cena isn't planned to be the top wrestler anyway in the future.
Another attitude era is still possible, only if Linda McMahon doesn't win the elections, and TNA suddenly becomes a direct competition to WWE. Which reminds me, TNA started another monday night war, back in 2010, first episode got 1.9 [WWE=3.5] rating, but after that it was 0.8-1.0 ratings till they got back to their normal schedule.

| QUOTE (Ryda King @ Wednesday, Aug 8 2012, 22:18) | | The only thing TNA does better is the Divas. Velvet Sky. Good lord. And no, Attitude Era is not coming back. Not unless Vinny is gone. Or Linda. And even then whoever took over would just continue the PG crap because it sells. Pop music, "be a star", and all the social media stuff is what they're relying on right now. Sadly. | Not really, I mean there's Triple H. He really did a great job as GM, and if Vinny/Linda is gone, he'll probably ditch the PG era instantly.

Funny how @RealKevinNash says wrestling “died” when Benoit and Guerrero were champs-Yet the worst year for WWE biz was 95 when he was on top

Eh, screw Nash. He's a washed-up jealous has-been. Also he says what we pretty much know about Triple H, he buries talent and never wants the young guys to succeed. Really sad, because guys like Tyson Kidd, Yoshi Tatsu, The Uso's and all the other underdogs almost never get a chance to truly shine. Instead, we need to have Big Show and Cena every single week and the same old thing over and over. People are sick of it because we're tired of seeing the same thing over and over from the same people. The WWE needs new talent and they have it, but they're choosing not to use because god forbid we take the spotlight away from Cena or The Rock or Sheamus.
Anyone who's basically not an ass-kissing yes man suck up to Triple H or Vince is buried and put in the doghouse. And it's a goddamn shame.
Anyway, anyone hoping Ziggler cashes in his MITB contract soon?

Anyway, anyone hoping Ziggler cashes in his MITB contract soon? | Yeah, the booking is a problem as well. Some bookings were just terrible. I agree with seeing the same thing over and over, such as Prime time players and primo and epico They bring up one idea and keep using it again and again and again and do the same thing till the PPV. Also Punk isn't an ass-kissing yes man, and he's at the top currently As for Ziggler cashing in, definitely at SummerSlam, after Del Rio winning probably. Either ways, Sheamus REALLY needs to drop the title.
