Is the difference really that big? Im using a 17" CRT right now and im getting a 19" WS next week, big improvement?

Oh hell yeah. I went from a 19" CRT to a 20" WS and the difference amazes me.

Yeah, it really is amazing how much of a difference it makes. I was initially reluctant to go for the 19" WS rather than the 17" when I was buying this.. Little did I know at the time how much I'd love it. It's fantastic, can see extra in games which support widescreen (which is handy as I'm a huge CoD2 player), and it might sound finnicky, but in programs like uTorrent and iTunes I don't have to worry about squeezing column widths any more, and then there's just the general sexiness. Great for watching TV and films on, too. No more huge black bars.

Gave me an excuse to look for awesome backgrounds, too.
