I have Dopesmoker, but what is the difference between Jerusalem and Dopesmoker really? I know Dopesmoker is remixed and lenghtened, but is Jerusalem worth getting if I've got Dopesmoker already?

Actually, I have Dopesmoker, but Jerusalem was the shorter version like you said, and it was cut into six different tracks when it was released. I don't really know if it's worth getting; the band's broken up, so I don't know if they'd see any of the money from cd sales.

I do want to get a vinyl version of Dopesmoker though.

Speaking of funeral doom, can anyone recommend me a few bands in that area? Something along the lines of Ahab.

Sleep is a great band I've only heard holy mountain though I'm trying to find some of there other releases but it's hard to around here. As for the funeral doom check out Mournful Congregation, Celestiial, and Shape of Despair.

Karnal Film Productions has announced the release of what it claims to be "the world's first black metal porn movie." Entitled "Phallusifer – The Immoral Code", the theme of the film is "something never done before: Hardcore porn with hints of S&M and Satanic imagery starring the Harlot Queen as herself and a frontman of a known black metal band whose identity will remain anonymous, and the soundtrack is mainly comprised of decadent black metal music," including KILL (Sweden), NECRODAEMON (Germany), THUS DEFILED (U.K.), ANIMA DAMNATA (Poland) and FILII NIGRANTIUM INFERNALIUM (Portugal), according to a press release. "Phallusifer – The Immoral Code" contains over 65 minutes of film, including extra scenes and a trailer. The footage contains artistic editing and enhanced images with satanic symbolism, according to the director (who is the frontman/axeman of yet another black metal band and who wishes to remain anonymous for the time being).

lol.

Dragonforce is coming. I'm not that huge of a fan, but as it turns out, my friend loves them (?), so if he goes I wouldn't mind going. Anyone see them live?

Also appearing: Killswitch Engage, He Is Legend and Chimaira.

My friend went to that show. She went there for Killswitch Engage but said Dragonforce were awesome live but after watching this I have to say they look sh*t live. Definately a studio band. At least I've seen Killswitch Engage do a mean cover of 'Holy Diver'.

Still, Dio Sabbath is touring soon. I'd see that instead.

@Paco: Heard about that awhile back. Can't f*cking wait. I hope this means a tour too. I'd love to see the King live.
