That watelevel editor for san andreas is spyware.. i just got rid of it now.. so please dont download and execute that "WATeRLEVEL.exe"

If you have a copy of 3DS Max and need to learn how to use it head over to 3dbuzz.com, they have free video tuts on how to use max.
Then check out the tut section of this site, there are tons of guides on how to use max to make stuff for GTA.

He's great (and sadly oppressed, but that's another story) and it always sounds like someone
is smoking a bong while they watch him model! He's great though, seriously. He does some sh*t
that's like "Why are you doing it that way????" But learning it, even if he does things sometimes
at times you'd do something faster, is golden.
